Complementing this, my role as a dedicated owner of five cats has equipped me with a unique understanding and deep love for feline care. In both my home and my clients' homes, safety, trust, and a comfortable environment are my top priorities. At my home, I ensure a pet-safe space, free from hazards, with cozy areas for rest and play. I always keep fresh water available and follow specific feeding routines as per each pet's needs. When caring for pets in clients' homes, I respect their space and maintain a secure environment. I adhere to the pet's familiar routine to minimize stress and ensure they feel safe and loved in their usual surroundings. Trust is built through consistent, gentle care and keeping owners updated regularly. My focus is always on creating a positive, nurturing experience for every pet.

Absolutely STELLAR care. We all have that anxiety when leaving our babies home. Well, in our household, the anxiety melts away because we have THE best sitter in the world! Our cat LOVES her and the visit summary comes with tons of pictures that bring so much joy while gone :-) solid 15 out of 10!
Jifeng was wonderful with our dogs - her communication was clear and consistent, and they seemed to really like her. It was great receiving photos and videos of them playing. I would absolutely recommend her!
We had an amazing experience with Jifeng while she cared for our four cats. She was calm, gentle, and incredibly attentive to all of their needs. Even our shy kitties warmed up to her. It was clear they felt comfortable and safe with her, and that gave us complete peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely book her again.
Jifeng was AMAZING!! She took the best care of our puppy -- giving her plenty of reassuring love and activity. She even brought in amazon packages and lovingly cared for an outdoor kitty we've been feeding. Will definitely book with her again!

Schedule
My pet care routine is well-integrated into my daily life. I start my mornings with dog walks, then midday is for cat playtime and check-ins. Evenings are for another round of dog walks. Weekends offer more time for longer walks and extra pet companionship. This schedule ensures all pets get the attention and exercise they need every day.
