Only Accept One Dog at a Time Why We Started Rover Our beloved dog, Hockey, passed away in September 2025 at the incredible age of 19 years and 11 months. After nearly two decades together, our home felt empty. We joined Rover because we missed having dogs in our lives. Today, every dog who stays with us is welcomed like family and cared for with the same love, patience, and respect that Hockey inspired. Every dog is different. Before each stay, we take the time to learn about your dog's personality, routines, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable. We carefully follow your instructions so your dog experiences as little disruption as possible. Daily Updates We know you'll miss your furry family member, so we'll send plenty of photos and videos throughout their stay, giving you peace of mind that they're happy, safe, and loved. While you're enjoying your vacation, your dog will be enjoying theirs—a true 5-Star Home Stay & Play experience. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or prefers a slower pace, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for—just like they would at home.

Milo had a wonderful time with Fan and her family. They were constantly providing updates and sending photos and videos. They had so much space for Milo to play around indoors and in the backyard. They also gave Milo several good walks each day he was there. I would definitely recommend the as sitters.
Jie's family was exceptionally warm and welcoming! Our little pup needed to have a loving home to stay in while our family was on a trip, and Jie & her family saved us a lot of worry. She was very responsive, transparent, proactive, and thoughtful. It wouldn't be an understatement to say that she went above and beyond to make sure that (1) our pup felt super comfortable, cared for, and loved, and (2) that WE could vacation with peace of mind, seeing frequent message/photo/video updates of our dog's amazing stay. We'll be sure to have our dog stay with Jie and her great family whenever we are taking more time away from home!
We entrusted our beloved Chihuahua to Zhang's family for 1.5 months while we were away, and we couldn’t have asked for a better caretaker. They took the dog on daily walks, played with him regularly, and gave him all the love and attention he needed. The dog stayed happy, healthy, and relaxed the entire time, which gave us great peace of mind. We've had our senior dog, Hockey, since he was almost 20 years old, and finding someone we could trust to care for him was incredibly important to us. Schedule
I’m working from home during weekdays, so your dog will always have company and attention. I enjoy taking dogs on walks in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening. I make sure they get plenty of exercise each day and am happy to run with them at the nearby soccer field

In our home, we care for pets as if they were our own—offering plenty of love, attention, and a calm, safe environment. We follow your dog’s usual routine, including feeding times, walks, play, and rest, to keep them comfortable and happy. Outdoor time is always supervised in our little fenced yard, Whether it’s cuddle time or quiet time, we adjust to each dog’s unique needs so they feel right at home.
A typical day
Your dog will be treated like part of our family from the moment they arrive. I’ll spend time giving them love, cuddles, and plenty of play in our backyard, including their favorite toys. I enjoy including dogs in our daily routines — whether it’s joining us while we relax at home, exploring the neighborhood on walks, or simply lounging together. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, happy, and truly at home, so you can relax knowing they’re cared for with warmth and attention.
