Safety, trust & environment
When pets are with me, they become part of my family. I provide a safe and comfortable environment where they can feel at ease. My home is equipped with a comfortable sleeping area, plenty of toys, and large spaces for them to play. There will also be some outdoor activities. I will strictly follow the pet's daily feeding, exercise, and medication (if needed) routine to ensure consistency and comfort. The services I provide include daily updates with photos and information so you can always know about your pet's adventures.

Jasmine did an amazing job with taking care of our cat with special needs, especially with making sure medications were administered properly and his areas kept clean. I could tell my cat really loved her while she was watching him for us.
Jasmine (Jie) was a wonderful sitter for our cat. We booked 2 weeks of drop in visits while we were traveling and she went above and beyond. Our cat loved her and we could travel with a peace of mind since we knew she was taking good care of her. She is very attentive and also very responsive to messages. She would notice little details and changes in our cat and let us know immediately. We would love to keep working with Jasmine in the future!
Jie provided excellent care for our 15-year-old medically fragile senior kitty, who has several health conditions that require daily medication. We booked her to visit our cat three times daily to give her food, meds, litter box scooping, and quality time (cuddles, pets, scritches) while we were out of the country. During these check-ins, she sent us lots of pics, videos, and detailed notes about our cat’s appetite, hydration levels, medication reactions, and litter box activity. When she noticed concerning symptoms (decreased appetite, peeing outside the litter box) she called me immediately to let me know and discuss our options. What impressed me most was her ability to give our cat her daily medication (oral pills) in a way that was quick and low-stress, which did not result in any hisses or bites. I can tell she truly loves cats and cared about our kitty’s well-being as much as we do. We felt reassured that our cat was in good hands with Jie, and we’d definitely book her again for future cat sitting.

Jasmine was the most amazing pet sitter! She sent me so many videos of my cat who I missed terribly while I was gone, and she took care of her like her own.
