Jiayu et son compagnon se sont très bien occupés de Shiro. Il s'est senti immédiatement en confiance avec eux, a clairement passé plein de bon temps au vu des nombreuses photos, et semblait très content de son séjour à notre retour.
Jiayu and Aobei had been simply incredible! From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make things easy for us. Since I live quite far from their place, they kindly offered to meet us somewhere closer for the meet and greet so I wouldn’t have to make the long trip. Such a thoughtful gesture right from the start. I left Marley with them for a week, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better sitters. Marley got sick during the first couple of days, but they reacted so quickly, made sure he got the right medicine, and took such great care of him. They were incredibly attentive and sensitive to his needs throughout his stay. They also kept me updated with messages and pictures whenever they could, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Marley was not only being well taken care of, but genuinely loved. When I picked Marley up, he was happy, relaxed, and still getting plenty of cuddles and playtime from them. Seeing how comfortable and happy he was with Jiayu and Aobei really said it all. I actually requested that they take care of him for my next trip the very same day! I highly recommend Jiayu and Aobei to anyone looking for caring, attentive, and genuinely wonderful sitters. Marley was in the best hands!

Nous sommes ravis de notre expérience avec Jiayu et son compagnon ! Ils ont été très aimables et tout a été très simple à organiser. Nous avons reçu des nouvelles et des photos chaque jour, ce qui était très rassurant. Notre chienne s’est sentie à l’aise dès la première minute, on voyait qu’elle était très bien avec eux. I had a very good experience leaving my dog under the care of Jiayu and Aobei for five days. Communication was excellent, with quick responses to messages and thoughtful photo updates that helped me feel at ease without ever feeling overwhelmed. Everything was handled smoothly. Pickup and drop‑off were on time, which made the whole process easy for me. Overall, I felt that my dog was well cared for, and I would be happy to book again.

After finishing a Master's degree in Paris, I'm working in France. I live with my partner and we both have a good remote working schedule for dedicating time to pet care. Your dog's needs and happiness are my top priority, and I'm available to offer them my attention and companionship throughout the day. Whether it's long walks, playtime, or just cuddling at home.
