Since then I have also been occasionally helping my friends in boarding, grooming, and providing caring advices for their cats.

I've been trained with Pet First Aid at St John in 2019. For drop-in visits, I'd send photos that confirm food refill, litter clean up, and the overall wellness of everyone at home.

Jiawei was super great with my cats and they really enjoyed their stay :)
I came to Jiawei in distress because my friend backed out last minute one day before the trip. He responded quickly with understanding and compassion. He also has great knowledge about cats which made me feel at ease leaving my babies with him. He was thorough and asked for my vet's contact even drove to buy cat food for me when there's one day left on during the stay and the food I gave him wasn't enough. My cats had such a good time they didnt seem to want to come back! Will def book again with Jiawei and couldn't recommend him enough!
Jiawei is amazing! This is the first time I've ever had to board Eugene and I was really nervous but he was so helpful and reassuring, I really can't recommend him enough. Eugene had such a great time with Python and Ruby, I think he was sad to come home! Jiawei is super attentive and sent great photo updates throughout the boarding period. The pick-up process was so smooth and helpful. He also gave me some great cat care tips. Cannot recommend enough, he's really a cat whisperer! Looking forward to booking with him again soon :D

Jiawei dropped in to look after my two cats and did a great job! He was very easy to coordinate with, and my cats seemed comfortable with him from the moment they met. I would certainly consider having Jiawei look after my cats again.
Jiawei is super flexible and accommodating regarding both our cats’ and our own needs. Cricket returned home happy and healthy!

I'm a software engineer working from home; I own my schedule, go out for daily walks and visiting fluffy friends is a perfect excuse to go out!
