Very communicative and accommodating. She was very lovely to my two babies and they very much enjoyed their stay.
Absolutely amazing experience! She went above and beyond to make sure my cats were comfortable and well cared for. I have two young, very shy cats, and she handled them with so much patience and understanding. Since it was a new environment, she thoughtfully provided a separate space to help them feel safe and adjust at their own pace. I know how stressful new places can be for cats, but she truly made the transition so much easier. Her care, attention to detail, and regular updates were outstanding. I felt completely at ease knowing my cats were in such good hands!

Jiaqi she was very wonderful to my pet and her communication skills are on point she kept me updated about everything going on through out the day I felt very very safe with leaving my pet with her. I will always rely on Jiaqi for my pet always ❤️

Schedule
I work from home most of the time, so I can check on the cats throughout the day. I usually feed, clean the litter boxes, refresh water, and spend time with them during the day and evening. I may not reply immediately early in the morning, but I always keep an eye on the cats and will send updates once I am available.

My home is calm, clean, and cat-friendly. Cats stay indoors in a cage-free space, and I make sure doors and windows are secure. For new or shy cats, I can give them a quiet separate room first so they can adjust slowly. I clean the litter boxes daily, keep fresh water available, and watch for changes in appetite, energy, or litter box habits. I also send photo or video updates so owners can feel comfortable while they are away.
A typical day
A typical day starts with checking on the cats, refreshing their water, feeding them based on the owner’s instructions, and cleaning the litter boxes. During the day, I let each cat follow their own pace. Some cats like to play and explore, while shy cats may need quiet time and space. I do not force attention if a cat is nervous. In the evening, I usually check food, water, and litter boxes again, spend time with the cats, and send updates to the owner.
