Hi! I’m an experienced and caring dog lover with over six years of hands-on experience looking after pups of all ages—from playful two-month-old puppies to sweet senior dogs over ten. I’ve cared for many breeds, both big and small, including Border Collies, Golden Retrievers, Dachshunds, Westies, Bichons, Fox Terriers, and Shibas. Each dog has their own personality, and I always take time to understand their needs, routines, and quirks. I believe walks should be fun and engaging, not just the same old route every day. That’s why, whenever I have time, I love taking dogs on mini adventures—hiking in Red Deer Park, exploring Snuff Mills, playing in the river, or spotting deer and flowers in Clifton. Their happiness is my biggest reward, and I love seeing them explore the world with joy and curiosity. I’m incredibly patient, calm, and gentle, and I treat every dog like my own. I currently live in a spacious, pet-friendly 1b1b apartment with plenty of room for dogs to relax, even larger breeds. Whether your pup loves cuddles, quiet time, or outdoor fun, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and at home.

Jiamin is a very lovely lady, she had my dog for 3 days and treated her like her own pet. She was extremely attentive to her needs, always making sure she had food, treats, cuddles and attention, and took her on lots of lovely walks to the parks. She sent me plenty of photos and videos, where I could see just how happy my girly was. She also replied to all of my messages and queries very quickly, communication was great. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jiamin as a dogsitter next time I'm in Bristol. Thank you Jiamin ❤️

Jiamin was an amazing caretaker for Loki. She updates us with Loki’s activities and made sure he was well accommodated. In addition, he even made a friend at Jiamin’s. I cannot recommend her enough. Will have her look after Loki when needed in the future :)
It was the first time I met a dog sitter who truly loved dogs. I could genuinely feel that she was caring for my dog with all her heart. She bought him small toys and was willing to spend almost the entire day with him. She took my dog to places he had never been before and helped him make friends. Because of her, I also made many dog-owning friends and we could exchange experiences together. Every day, she would share a lot of my dog's daily life, photos and videos with me, including how he ate and whether he had made good friends. She also gave me many practical tips and suggestions for dog-keeping. I think as a dog sitter, she possesses all the necessary qualities and does even better. She is a very responsible pet owner and her charges are very reasonable! I became friends with her. I hope that if anyone needs a dog sitter, they will consider Jiamin. It will definitely exceed your expectations!

I'm currently a PhD student, but I work from home most of the time, so my schedule is quite flexible. That means I can spend plenty of time with your pets throughout the day

I live in a pet-friendly 1b1b apartment that’s clean, spacious, and comfortable—even for large dogs. It’s a quiet environment, which is great for pets who are sensitive or prefer calm spaces. I keep the floors clean and disinfect regularly. If I’m hosting a cat, there’s a 2.2-meter-tall cat tree at home that’s always a favorite. I follow each pet’s usual feeding habits and routines carefully, so they can feel safe, relaxed, and loved during their stay.
Pets
A typical day
I usually take dogs out 2 to 4 times a day, depending on their needs. We might play fetch, chase sticks, or go on little adventures to explore new routes and smells. After walks, I make sure they get plenty of rest at home. If they’re still playful, I’ll spend time with them and their toys. Before bedtime, I always take them out for a short walk and potty break so they can settle down comfortably for the night.
