Hi, I only have experience on taking care of cats. I've had the joy of taking care of 20+ cats. Their ages are from 5 months to 11 years old. Extensive experience on first time on boarding. Jia is a great sitter sent a video and photos every day we were gone to know our cat was doing well. Responsive and attentive would rebook with her again!
Jia took very good care of my cat Keoni. I received photo/video update every day and I can tell Keoni was very happy. Jia is detail oriented, she noticed Keoni’s loud breathing noise (which is normal) and reached out to me immediately. The handover and return processes were smooth. Everything was returned in good condition and clean. I will definitely be a returning customer and I’d highly recommend Jia for cat boarding!
