Pet care fits very naturally into my routine, and I genuinely love making time for it. I’m available weekdays and weekends for boarding, drop-in visits, and dog walks, so I can be flexible around your schedule — whether you need daytime support while you’re at work, regular walks, or overnight care while you’re away. Because I prioritise pet sitting in my schedule, your dog will receive plenty of attention, companionship, and care rather than rushed visits. I’m happy to stick closely to your pet’s normal routine, including feeding times, walks, playtime, and any specific needs they may have. Whether it’s a short drop-in, a long walk, or a home-from-home boarding stay, your pet will be treated with love, patience, and kindness every step of the way.

Your pets safety and wellbeing are my absolute priority at all times. I live in a house with a large, fully enclosed garden, providing a secure outdoor space for exercise and toilet breaks. I’m always mindful when opening doors and ensure dogs are supervised while outside. Inside the home, I maintain a calm and structured environment. I only care for pets that I can safely manage, and I take time to understand each pets personality, routine, and any specific needs before their stay. I do occasionally have a 3-year-old around, but I am very careful about boundaries. If your dog is not comfortable around children, I can fully cater to that by ensuring separation and creating a quiet, secure space where your dog can relax without stress. Your pet’s comfort always comes first. I’m happy to follow all instructions regarding feeding, medication (if required), walk routines, crate use, and house rules. I will also provide regular updates and photos so you feel reassured while you’re away. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone having had my own dog for 14 years, I know they’re family. I will care for yours with the same level of love, patience, and responsibility.

I’m a lifelong animal lover who truly misses having pets in my home. I had my own dog for 14 amazing years, so I completely understand how much they become part of the family. Losing him was heartbreaking, and since then I’ve really felt the absence of daily walks, wagging tails, and furry cuddles. I also grew up with cats on and off, so I’m confident caring for different temperaments from energetic pups to more independent personalities. I regularly look after friends’ pets while they’re at work or away on holiday, and I genuinely love it. Jewel was fantastic. We came home to a very happy, relaxed dog, and she kept us updated with a lovely photo while we were away. The house was spotless and tidy when we returned. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
