I requested that Jetaime dog sit my pup, Brooklyn for a week as I was leaving to go to a wedding in New York. Initially Jetaime was very nice and welcoming when I dropped off my dog. Two days later (Saturday the day of the wedding), Jetaime contacts me to tell me that my dog was being aggressive with her and her dog. Knowing my dog very well having raised her since she was 2 months old (she is 1 year 2 months old) I know that Brooklyn is not aggressive at all, just very playful as she is a Lab and Border Collie mix (high energy). She claimed that she no longer wanted to take care of Brooklyn and reported to Rover that my dog was aggressive which obviously effects future bookings using this awesome app. Rover did the best they could but unfortunately could not find another sitter to take care of Brooklyn because of Jetaime‘s comments about my dog. While at my best friends wedding I am now scrambling to figure out how to remove my dog from her care and get her another place to stay. I’m over 2000 miles away trying to coordinate with friends and boarders and almost ran out of options until one of my friends said they could go pick Brooklyn up and house her until I got back. If not for my friend helping me, I would have been screwed and for Jetaime to put me and my dog in this situation because she doesn’t understand how to read dogs is unacceptable. Now my very sweet and playful dog is labeled as aggressive. If you’re going to claim that you’re a good dog sitter, understanding dog behavior and how to manage having 2 dogs in the same space is imperative. I do not believe that Jetaime is suited to be dog sitting more than one dog if this is how she handles situations like this. My friend who picked Brooklyn up from Jetaime frequently send me photos and videos of my dog playing along well with his dog, playing fetch, running around on the beach and cuddling with his dog and him at home and our dogs have never met before. Of course I know this is how my dog behaves. She is not aggressive and for Jetaime to claim that she was and leave me hanging and scrambling to find care from the other side of the country shows she is unprofessional, lacks fundamental understanding of dogs and inconsiderate. I would advise anybody who is thinking about using her to consider these things before booking.

Jetaime is so warm and friendly. She kept me informed and sent pics. I was out of the country and she made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend her in a heart beat or New York minute.
