Hi, I am Jessie, a pet professional, focused on providing compassionate animal care experiences grounded in positive reinforcement techniques. My specialities are rescued and senior pets with emotional, medical, and behavioral needs. I offer dog walking and drop-in services, cat care and playtime, and pet enrichment experiences, all with details and photos of your pet’s adventures. I am available 5:00am- 1:00pm weekdays and 7:30pm-10pm weekday evenings and all day most weekends and many holidays. I’d love to take your dog on a walk and/or have a round of playtime and curated adventures. Alternatively, if your pet is more relaxed, I’m happy to spend some time for some good scratches, or cuddle - whatever they prefer. For most of my life, I cared for and loved dogs and cats (and miscellaneous other animals) and have been an independent professional pet care provider for over six years. I volunteered at a local animal shelter in the behavior department walking, training, and providing enrichment with dogs. I am trained in providing Fear Free care. It brings me great joy to play with, train, and help animals be healthy and happy. I have experience working with rescue dogs, senior pets, reactive dogs, and pets with medical needs. My current pup, Lilly is a rescue, and we are working through some fear-based behaviors. My passed pup, Toby, was a rescue. As a senior, he needed medication orally, subcutaneously, and via eye drops, as Toby was diabetic and blind. My other late rescue dog, Audrey, had various medical conditions, including Cushing’s disease. In their younger years, we had to work through many behaviors that come along with rescued animals, so I have many stories and experience working with these beloved pets. I can’t wait to meet your pet family and create their dream playtime!
