I currently work part-time, from 1:30 to 5:30 every day, although that is very flexible. I can't have a dog where I live, and I only have a bike as transportation, so both are limiting.

We had a dog the majority of my life growing up. I raised a Guide Dog puppy, a year-long commitment training obedience, socialization and manners (243 page training manual), and she went on to guide. I have put a lot of time into learning how to train and care for dogs, as well as learning to recognize over a hundred dog breeds.

Jessie was great and so sweet! She was extremely communicative and sent lots of pictures of my cat throughout the time she cared for her. She was flexible with issues getting into my apartment and took great care of my cat, including going above and beyond to play with her.
Jessie understands dogs like few others. Training a Guide Dog for the Blind introduced her to many time-tested strategies for gentle and intelligent management of dog behavior. Above all guide dogs need to learn to trust and respond to their handlers, and Jessie's dog was a great success. Jessie will care for your dog with the same love and kindness.
I couldn't recommend a better candidate for the job. Jessie's the biggest dog lover I've ever met. She truly cares about every dog and wants them to be happy and healthy. I would absolutely trust her with my dog and I know he'd be well cared for with her.
Jessie is a super caring, affectionate, and smart handler of dogs. She has trained her two pet dogs (lab mix rescues) advanced obedience and one Guide Dog for the Blind puppy. The guide dog required consistent and detailed training including potty on command, exposure to loud sounds and scary situations, and taking the dog everywhere including busses, grocery stores, and school. Jessie will care for your dog like it was her own and will get as much pleasure from your dog and your dog gets from her.
