Gentle, nurturing and attentive.
Years ago, I found an abandoned stray dog in a bush and brought him home to foster him before that become a foster fail. I've raised him for 16 years and he's now with my parents as my mom has an empty nest. I've dog sat multiple dogs over the years for family and friends. As someone with an adopted dog that's prone to anxiety and reactivity, I've learned to pick out early signs of discomfort in other dogs as well as my own to assess a situation quickly if need be for anxious pets. Mostly just love all animals and would love to care for any if it helps alleviate stress from working moms and dads. :)

Jessica is exactly what I needed for my old boy Bodhi. Very thoughtful and trustworthy.
Jessica was amazing! Took great care of my pup with multiple updates throughout the day and went the extra mile to make sure he was happy. Especially loved the extra pictures as well! 10/10 couldn't recommend her enough!
Jessica was available last minute and did an amazing job with my cat Hobbes. While she stayed with him overnight she made sure to send photos and multiple updates through out the visit and eased my mind of leaving him home. Highly recommend her to anyone!!!
Jessica has been absolutely wonderful with my 10 lb dog, Emma. She is attentive, responsible, andgenuinely loving, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Emma warmed up to her right away, and it was clear she was in great hands. Jessica goes above and beyond to make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet caregiver!

I’ve volunteered in animal shelters and adoption events in the past as well as on farms. And I've raised my own dog for nearly 2 decades.

I'm very attentive to any dog's needs. And I like to be well-informed about their behaviors, likes, dislikes, triggers and etc. I would never bring a dog into an environment they are uncomfortable with or unfamiliar with based on the owners' discretion. I’ve cared for sick and/or old dogs in the past—including my own. I understand the importance of creating a safe environment for them, regardless of accidents they may have. Or if they have arthritis and it means carrying them up and down stairs for a walk, I’ve done that many times.

This varies depending on the pet's preference! I'm happy to take a dog on a walk, run or even to a dog park. But I tend to avoid dog parks as other dogs can be unpredictable, unless otherwise requested for.
