Our family is full of dog lovers! We have a 3 year old Aussiedoodle, Draco that we rescued from a puppy mill. We have husky’s, pitties, and beagles in the extended family, and I have experience with many breeds. We are open to having all breeds and sizes in our home. I have experience in rehabilitating puppy mill dogs by acclimating them to the real world, and a domesticated life with children. I open to drop in visits, walks, daycare and boarding your pup. As a registered nurse, nurturing and caring for others is second nature, this goes for animals too. I am comfortable giving medications if needed upon request.

Jessica was absolutely amazing! She watched our dogs for a week while we were out of town for our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She kept us at ease with great communication throughout the entire stay, sending regular updates and photos. She was extremely accommodating with our schedules and made sure our pups were well taken care of. We came home to two happy dogs, and we will definitely be booking with Jessica again in the future. Jessica was so great. Bumi had the best stay at Jessica’s house. Got to run around the back yard and socialize with other neighbor Dogs. We received many pictures and videos of Bumi’s stay and there was great communication. Would highly recommend to other pup parents and Bumi will be back!

Schedule
I work 2-3 days a week at a hospital, which leaves many days open for pet sitting/walking and overnight visits. I am open to various schedules and I am flexible with days and times as well as last minute drop ins.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced in backyard where dogs are welcome to run and play. There is also a screened in porch where our dogs can come and go from the yard into the house as they please. Our personal pets sleeps with the myself and kids and gets constant love and attention. Client pets are not required to be crated, however there is space to crate if requested. We live in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by pet owners as well.
Pets
A typical day
We have a huge back yard for pets to run freely. The fence is about 3 ft tall. We have a variety of dog toys, from large tug a war style, to small soft stuffed animals for the dogs who don’t play rough. The kids love to play fetch and also love to cuddle. If your dog is low energy and needs just cuddles, my teenage daughter can have that covered too. We do all love to cuddle with animals if they allow. If walks are their thing, we have a wonderful cul-de-sac as well as a nice long road with sidewalks in the neighborhood we can explore.
