Kind Heart for Your Beloved Friend
I've loved animals since birth. I grew up with both a cat and a dog that I helped care for, so I learned early about their mannerisms, behaviors, and needs. As a teen and young adult, I volunteered with local animal shelters, where they taught me about dog training and pet behavior. Now, in my adult life, I've had the fortune of caring for a variety of dogs and cats, from strays to Chihuahua puppies to my own Great Pyrenees mix, who passed from old age last year. I've cared for pets in all stages of life, each with their own joys and hardships. I'm excited to bring that care, compassion, and experience to my care of your precious pet.

I understand the stress of leaving your precious pet in the hands of a stranger, so I make it my mission to ease those fears by caring for your pet in all the ways you would. When we first meet, I'll be asking about your relationship with your pet, the rules you have for them, and any behaviors you're looking to encourage or discourage so that your pet can have that consistency in care.

Jess took excellent care of our nervous Yorkie and our home while we were out of town. She was kind and loving to him, and took initiative to refresh his linens and harness after he got wet in the rain. She sent updates and photos. She took him for walks. He was very happy and comfortable with Jess. Highly recommend Jess to help care for your pet!!
Jess is the sweetest person to all my pets! She is comfortable, respectful, patient and loving to my cats Peppermint and Willow. Peppermint is anxious and Willow is chill. She also plays with my parents dog Koda,which is a life saver considering how much energy he has. She can play or chill with the best of them and is always thinking of the pets needs. Would recommend 100%.
Jess is phenomenal with pets and their professionalism is unmatched. Jess is reliable, consistent, and has so much love for pets. My cat Theo rushes over whenever she’s coming by. I used to feel awful leaving him for long trips, but Jess is fantastic with keeping me updated through pictures and videos, it makes me feel so much better knowing he’s in such good hands.

Schedule
As a full-time (but online) masters student, I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to walk and play with your furry friends while you work. During the work week, I have open availability, so we can work together to find the best time for me to stop by.
