As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is that a sitter follows all directions to a T. This is especially important if any medications or supplements need to be administered. I vow to do the same for any of my clients. For dogs, I do potty breaks every 2-4 hours, and prioritize play time and exercise. For cats, I strive to create a serene environment, and once they warm up to me, I take time to give them plenty of play options. For dogs, I require a meet and greet before sitting for you. In addition to dogs and cats, I have experience caring for birds, fish, rodents (have personally owned guinea pigs, hamsters, and rats), and any type of farm animal --I am an equestrian. I'm also available for farm sitting.

Jessica was very good with our dogs - walking them a couple times a day. We have frenchies and they are pretty needy - she stayed at our house and was attentive to them. It’s nice when the dogs were happy upon my arrival home - makes leaving them easier. Jessica is very personable - we will use her again!
This was my first time using Rover. In the past I have depended on family to come look after my cat, but Jessica was able to step in and pet sit for two nights. Jessica is reliable, attentive, and respectful. I would not hesitate to have her pet sit again, and look forward to my kitty having a new friend.

I'm first time hiring a sitter for my cat who is with me for 4.5 years. I took my 6 months dog with me to Cancun as I was worrying so much that someone can't take care well of my babies when together as they can be a problem as a team home alone. From the moment I met Jessica during meet and great, I felt at ease knowing my cat was in great hands. Jessica took the time to get to know my cat, and spent time playing with him during her visits. And watered my plants 🪴 ☺️ Throughout the stay, Jessica provided regular updates and adorable photos, which really eased my mind while I was away. She was attentive to Dandy's needs, ensuring he were fed, litter box was clean, and that Dandy received plenty of love and play. It was clear that Jessica has a genuine passion for animals. When I returned home, Dandy was happy and relaxed, looking like he had a vocation as well!! He is a whole new cat now, less grumpy more playful and looks so happy. I will definitely be booking Jessica again in the future, and will be happy if she will take care of my precious pup as well. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my kitty! 💕
Jessica was great with my dogs Max and Reed. Max is elderly and needs a lot of attention and medication twice a day. Jessica followed all of my instructions for him to a T and made sure he was comfortable. The pups slept in the bed with her every night and clearly missed her when she left. She communicated with me quickly and was available any time I needed to get ahold of her.

Schedule
I'm currently in school so I have a pretty flexible schedule. For house sitting, I would need to leave your home during the day to go to class and to check on things at my place, however, I take care not to stay gone more than a two hours at a time.

A typical day
When caring for your dog, I will follow any feeding or special needs instructions, check water, and make sure to do a long walk in addition to at least a half hour of play time in the house or yard. I will clean any poo in the yard or during a walk. Cat care includes adhering to feeding and special needs instructions, checking water, cleaning litter boxes, and just sitting with them with a book or the TV in order to get them used to me. Once they are more comfortable, I will try to engage them in some play time.
