Pet care experience
Can't wait to meet your pet!
When I was young, 4 or 5 years old, I'd go with my grandparents when they took care of the neighborhood animals - cats, dogs, and sheep. I really enjoyed their Siamese cats that they adopted from neighbors down the road. When I was 10, my family got Maxx - a Golden Retriever/Samoyed mix. He became diabetic and needed insulin shots later on, and I helped administer those. After I became an adult, I adopted 2 cats with a partner. When we split, I took the cat that had bonded with me and cared for her until she passed at age 18. She developed thyroid disease and it took me a while to figure out how to get her meds in her, but I did and she had a much higher quality of life. I also switched to feeding her Gerber baby food (she preferred that brand over Beechnut, I'm not kidding) when she started to get even fussier about her food. Before that I helped care fore my grandparents' Siamese - I would microwave small chunks of hamburger for him and give him subcutaneous water treatments at home, and he ACTUALLY sat quietly and patiently during the treatments, the vet couldn't believe it! **I particularly enjoy, and excel at, working with older pets, pets with special needs, and shy or skittish pets.**

Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
I care for pets in their homes, staying with them. My priority is getting emergency contact numbers, and procedures in case of emergency. I follow pets’ normal daily routines as closely as possible, and make sure to give them plenty of love, attention, exercise, play, and socialization.
Ratings and reviews
Jessica communicated well and kept us updated on Charlie throughout the stay. We could tell he was happy and having a good time-

Char enjoyed his stay with Jessica. She was attentive to all his needs- and we knew he was in good hands.

We love having Jess for our 3 dogs! They are in good hands!
Jess is amazing! She is great with our geriatric small dog as well as our 2 standard poodles. We always entrust our dogs in her care.
Another great stay. Thanks.

Jessica was yet again amazing with our rambunctious crew! They are always so well taken care of when she's over, and she also takes great care of the house, chickens and all! We will definitely continue using Jessica as our go-to sitter

Schedule
As of right now, pet care fits into my schedule quite easily. I am currently pet-/house-sitting full time, and greatly enjoying meeting all types of pets and their humans!
- Cats0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbs41 to 100 lbsover 101 lbsJessica can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
- Please give me extremely detailed instructions for caring for your pet! I want to make sure they are taken care of, happy, and stay healthy while you're away! This includes detailed instructions with administering medication, walks, interacting with other dogs, dietary restrictions/preferences, and a list of emergency contacts in case your pet needs specialized care while you're away. Please also include anything about your pet that could potentially be alarming - they periodically have sneezing or coughing spells, etc - even though you, as their human, are quite used to it.
