I have helped take care of dogs for 10+ years. Dogs are a big part of my life and I absolutely love taking care of them! The star of the show in the picture gallery is my parent’s golden retriever, Sky, who has such a special place in my heart. She doesn’t live with my husband and I, but we have helped take care of her while my parents are on vacation. My husband and I both love dogs- your pup will be in good hands :)

Jessie is a very kind, compassionate and loving young woman who loves animals. She has taken care of our Golden Retriever several times. She is very responsible and dependable. Any animal would be lucky to have Jessie take care of them.
Jessie is one of the most loving people I know. She is also very responsible and caring. She loves animals and has always taken good care of our dog, Ginger. Ginger is a golden doodle with lots of energy. Jessie does really well taking her on walks and throwing her fetches. Jessie gives us lots of fun updates and pictures when she watches Ginger. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else!

Schedule
I am a full time nurse working 10 hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. I am available for walks and drop ins on Wednesdays at any point after 10:00 AM since this is my day off during the week. I am available for boarding, walks, & drop ins on weekends; Friday (I get home from work around 6:00 PM) through Sunday.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a Lansing Suburb in a 3 story home (unfinished basement) so there is ample space for your pup to move around! We are on a third of an acre, so we do have a decent sized backyard to play fetch/run around. However, it is not fenced in. I tend to be home most of the weekend, so your pup would get lots of love and attention if boarding here ❤️
A typical day
-Pup cups!! If your dog does okay in the car and if that’s something you would allow :) -walks in the neighborhood -playing with toys -lots of cuddles & belly rubs
