Familiar Vacancy in East End!
Big dog person. I lost my own pup 1.5y ago, and while I’m not quite ready for another, I really miss having a dog around, so pet sitting is my way of getting that energy back in my life. I work from home most of the week and have weekends free, so I’m around a lot for walks, hangs, and overnights. I’m pretty active and love a long walk, but also fully down for couch time if that’s more your dog’s vibe. I live near parks and the beach, so your dog will get lots of fresh air and attention. My home is calm, low key, and an easy place for dogs to settle into.

Jessica took such wonderful care of Liza during her stay. It was clear she was happy, comfortable, and getting lots of love and attention. We really appreciated the updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Jessica is thoughtful, attentive, and truly cares about the dogs she looks after. We’re very happy with the experience and would absolutely book with her again.
Five stars across the board. My first experience using Rover was with Jessica, and she made it a great one. She was always on time, carefully tracked every activity during the walks, and sent us photos of Liza, which gave us complete peace of mind that she was in great hands. I highly recommend Jessica and will absolutely book her again. 🐾

Schedule
I have a full-time, Mon-Fri day job but work from home 4 days per week. I'd prefer not to host on Tuesdays (in office days), though this is negotiable.

I keep things calm and consistent, and stick closely to your dog’s routine. I’m attentive on walks and at home, and mindful of any specific needs. Happy to follow your instructions, including feeding, meds, or crate use, and will keep you updated while you’re away.
A typical day
A good mix of activity and downtime. Usually a couple shorter walks earlier in the day, then a longer walk or outing in the evening. Plenty of playtime and some simple enrichment to keep things interesting. I can stick to your dog’s routine, reinforce training, or keep things flexible based on their needs.
