A Safe, Loving Home While You’re Away
We know how important it is to leave your dog with people you can trust. We’ve had dogs for most of our lives and, over the 18 years we’ve been together, we’ve owned our own dogs, fostered dogs, and regularly looked after dogs for family and friends. Our much-loved bulldog passed away in 2025 and we miss having little paws around the house which is why we’ve decided to open our doors to care for other people’s pets while they’re away.

Theo had the best time with Jess and family. Plenty of walks and fun times swimming and playing in the garden. Jess sent lots of updates throughout the weekend which really put our mind at ease. This the first time Theo has stayed away and he’s clearly had a great time - as an energetic Springer Spaniel, he’s coming home with plenty of miles under his collar 😉. We’ll definitely be booking with Jess again. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Jessica along with her family took amazing care of Thor for us. She sent regular message updates as well as lots of videos where I could see Thor was really settled and happy. They took him on lots of lovely walks and treated him like part of the family. We are so grateful for Jessica and her family looking after Thor for us and would absolutely recommend and use again in future. Thank you!
Speck had a wonderful time with Jess and her family. I got lots of photos and videos of his adventures whilst I was away. He was well and truly spoiled. I can highly recommend.

Schedule
I am at home four days a week. On the other three days, I work nearby from 9–5. We use a puppy cam to check in throughout the day. We love spending time outdoors, so your dog can join me pottering around the garden, and we’re very lucky to have some lovely walks close to home. There’s woodland directly behind the house, and the Old Tram Road is a favourite — it’s a flat, peaceful footpath that leads straight into Avenham Park. Along the way there are ponds and small streams, which are perfect for dogs who enjoy a paddle. At weekends, and if you’re comfortable with it, we’re also happy to take dogs out by car to explore different walks and enjoy a change of scenery.

Whether you’re going on holiday, away for the weekend, or need day care while you’re out, we offer doggy day care and overnight boarding. We only take one dog at a time, so your pup gets lots of attention and a relaxed, one-on-one experience.
