Availability
Mike is mostly home based so on hand during the daytime, but does occasionally work away. I work full time and mostly in the office, but Im only 10 mins away, so I can be flexible to come back at lunch time for a walk and a toilet break when Mike isnt around. We hate leaving dogs alone for too long because we hate the thought of them being lonely or anxious, so will always try our hardest to keep our periods out of the house to a minimum!

We have a big secure garden for pets to roam and play and we are very happy to fit walks in as often as they need. We always have some treats and a kong as well, just in case you forget - but let us know if any foods/toys are off limits. I'm afraid we don't allow dogs upstairs or on our furniture - they will need to be comfortable sleeping downstairs. 💤

Just provide us with clear instructions including any doggy dietary requirements or medication and we'll make sure there are no issues. Happy to look after older dogs as long as we have everything they need meds wise.
A typical day
We live close to many parks so can take dogs on lots of walks to find new smells and places to explore. We also have a big garden they can play in. We're pretty active so on the weekends we love to take dogs for a run (age and fitness permitting!) or a long walk and a pub lunch somewhere further afield.

Pet care experience
We've always wanted a dog of our own but our work commitments make full time dog ownership a bit tricky, so we started looking after pets of friends and colleagues and it brough us so much joy we ended up here! We are learning as we go and we understand that every dog is different. Its an absolute pleasure getting to know them all.

My two dogs were super excited when we pulled up to Jess and Mike's again. I was kept updated and sent photos of their stay as usual and they came back tired and happy.
Jessica has looked after our girl a nunber of times now, for a week each time. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. We all want the best for our dogs when we go away, we have concerns and worries for many reasons. We're so happy our dog has a safe and loving place to go, you can tell she's so comfortable and taken care of extremely well. Not to mention, our dog is a big breed and getting on a bit now. Its a load off our minds knowing she's being cared for so well.
Amazing sitters, great communication and take such good care of our Labrador. We’re really accommodating whenever I was delayed in collecting him too! Thanks so much, would highly recommend
