Couldn’t be happier with Jess! She looked after our fur baby and home with such care - as if they were her own. Communication was seamless and clear. We got regular updates throughout our time away. She went above & beyond in taking care of our home and leaving it cleaner than when we left. Highly recommend Jess and look forward to having her again.

At the initial meet and greet, everything seemed great, so, I booked the services with Jessica. I have cameras both in the house and a doorbell cam that records everything 24/7 and alerts us as people come and go. My contract was for 2, 30-minute visits a day for feeding my dogs and to give them a little attention because they are not used to my wife and I being gone for long periods of time. When I received the 1st notification of the arrival of our sitter through Rover on 1/21, she didn’t actually arrive at the house until 15 minutes later, and then she only spent about 15 minutes with the dogs and left (all visible via the door cam). This behavior from our sitter continued throughout our entire trip. The longest time she stayed was 21 minutes. In addition, on every visit she “started” the Rover timer at least 10 minutes before she actually arrived at the house. The most aggravating problem occurred on Saturday, 1/24. She arrived at 8:14 am and stayed for 16 minutes. She then returned at 2:26pm that afternoon and stayed until 2:33pm. I signed a contract with Jessica stating that she would be visiting the dogs between 8am and 9am and then between 5pm and 6pm. So why did she come to the house so early that afternoon and only stay for 7 minutes? She was barely at the house long enough to feed the dogs. She did not return until 9:24 the next morning, which meant the dogs were left alone almost 19 hours. That is not what I signed up for! Out of 240 minutes that I paid for, she was at our house approximately 160 minutes. I will never use Jessica nor Rover again for pet sitting our dogs.
