I’ve been around dogs my entire life and my first word was our dog’s name “Jack.” I considered becoming a veterinarian for a career . . . But realized while I love all dogs, not other animals so much. Growing up we had springer spaniels and black labs. As an adult, I’ve had cavalier King Charles spaniels and labs. Currently I have one canine fur baby, a 11 year old exuberantly friendly and energetic chocolate lab (Mori). I have experience with special needs dogs; my first cavalier had a seizure disorder and required daily medication. I also have experience with shy/skittish dogs.

Jessica abundant love and passion for animals--especially dogs!! She has been a dog-mom for many years and has taken care of not only healthy animals but also those with chronic health conditions and/or "interesting" personalities :). Jessica is kind, responsible, and more patient with pups than I am with most humans. I totally trust Jessica with my dog, and you can too.

Schedule
I work Monday thru Friday outside of the home; but do come home midday to walk my dog (and yours). So your fur baby may be left alone in the condo with my lab for up to about 6 hours maximum without a break. The dogs could be left together or separated in different rooms or crates depending on how well they get along. I provide at least once a day longer walks besides at least 4-5 potty breaks a day. Energetic dogs could join Mori and I for a hike on a nearby trail.

Dogs are allowed on the furniture including beds in my place. I live in a condo near Fields Park, so dogs are always on a leash outside. However if your dog enjoys a dog park, there is one right outside the front door attached to Fields Park.

Whatever your fur baby needs to feel comfortable and happy! If your dog is a couch potato, we will snuggle on the couch. More active? We can go for long walks and hikes!

- Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors I need to account for. I give my dog monthly flea/tick and heartworm medication and require any dogs in my home to also be receiving routine flea preventative.
