I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide attentive care for your pets. I'm available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 2:00 PM, with availability for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting throughout the week. Dogs in my care are treated like family and are rarely left alone for extended periods. Whether your pup enjoys playtime, walks, cuddles on the couch, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I'm happy to accommodate their individual needs. I also provide regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and having fun.

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have experience caring for my own dogs, foster dogs, rescue dogs, senior pets, and dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I understand that every dog is unique and I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and any special instructions you provide. As a longtime rescue volunteer and foster, I have experience helping dogs feel comfortable in new environments and working with pets who may need a little extra patience and reassurance. In my home, dogs enjoy a clean, pet-friendly environment with plenty of attention, supervision, and opportunities for play and exercise. I have a fenced yard for safe outdoor time and two friendly small dogs who are accustomed to being around other pets. Introductions are always done carefully to ensure everyone feels comfortable. When caring for pets in a client's home, I respect your routines and home as if it were my own. I follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise needs, and any household guidelines you provide. My goal is to make your pet feel secure, loved, and as comfortable as possible while you're away.

Information Jessica S. would like to know about your pet

Before every stay, I like to learn as much as possible about your pet so I can provide the best care and keep their routine as normal as possible. Please let me know about their feeding schedule, potty routine, energy level, favorite activities, sleeping arrangements, and any commands they know. It's also important for me to know about any medications, allergies, medical conditions, fears or anxieties (such as thunderstorms or fireworks), and how they interact with other dogs and people. If there are any behaviors you're working on or situations that make your pet uncomfortable, I appreciate knowing those ahead of time so I can help them feel safe and successful. The more I know about your pet, the better I can make their stay feel like a home away from home!

A typical day

Every pet is different, so I do my best to follow their normal routine to help them feel right at home. A typical day starts with a potty break, breakfast, and plenty of time to stretch their legs in our securely fenced yard. Throughout the day, we'll enjoy supervised playtime, walks (if requested), enrichment activities, and lots of attention and affection. When it's time to relax, your pup is welcome to curl up on the couch with us or find their favorite cozy spot for a nap. My dogs, Scotty and Pancake, love making new friends, and if everyone is comfortable, they'll have plenty of opportunities to play together. In the evening, we'll stick to your dog's usual dinner schedule, enjoy another potty break, and wind down with cuddles before bedtime. I'll also send regular photo and video updates so you can see how much fun your pup is having and have peace of mind while you're away. My goal is for every dog to feel like they're on their own little vacation while you enjoy yours!

Pet care experience

Dogs have always been a central part of my life. As a longtime dog owner, foster volunteer, and animal rescue advocate, I understand that every dog has unique needs, routines, and personalities. As the proud dog mom of Scotty and Pancake, I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including senior dogs, rescue dogs, and pets requiring extra patience and attention. Through fostering and volunteering with rescue organizations, I've helped care for dogs during transitions, administered basic medications, managed feeding schedules, and provided plenty of exercise, enrichment, and affection. I currently share my home with two small dogs and know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. Whether your dog needs a comfortable place to stay, regular walks, drop-in visits, or extra cuddles while you're away, I'll treat them like part of the family and keep you updated with photos and messages for peace of mind.

Jessica was just the best! Daily updates and pictures of my baby. I could tell from his pictures he was calm, happy and well cared for. She has a clean and safe home for all animals. Neo got along great with her two little dogs. She is responsive, compassionate and trustworthy. She is at the top of my list for future bookings! Thank you so much.
