I am currently a stay at home mother looking to bring in additional income and figured I would I would try an area that has always brought me great joy: dogs! I love all dogs-regardless of breed, size, age or temperament. I have had many dogs in the past and currently have 2 dogs that mean the world to me. They are part of our family, so I understand the importance of leaving your friend in good hands. I am home during the day and have a large, fenced backyard with many full sized trees for dogs to run around and play in. In the hot summer months we like to put out a kiddie pool for a nice cool relaxing spot. I am capable of walking multiple dogs at once and believe in giving healthy treats as rewards. I am easy to get a hold of and can attend to any special needs your little one may have including medications. I have basic knowledge of animal first-aid from the Red Cross and live close to a veterinary hospital in case of emergency. I promise to love your pet as much as you do and provide a loving, playful home away from home!

A typical day
High-energy, active dogs are my specialty. Over the years I have had many energetic dogs and have needed to find ways to calm them, yet help them get their energy out. We try to go on walks every day (weather permitting), play games out in our yard and have a chest full of fun dog toys to play with. We have large front windows which make an ideal perch to lounge and gaze out at all the activity happening outside. Our backyard is large and spacious with many mature trees which provide ample shade in the summer. I have two dogs (a beagle and a mini schnauzer) who can also provide socialization and a friend to play with. I am also familiar with basic training techniques using a reward based system. Dogs have unique and independent personalities that I would let them dictate the activity of their choice!
