Finding a trustworthy caregiver for my older diabetic dog was no easy task, but Rover.com connected me with a gem: Jessica. She provided exceptional care to my dog during my overnight trip away. Firstly, Jessica demonstrated a thorough understanding of my dog's medical needs. As a diabetic, my dog requires precise medication administration and a consistent feeding schedule. Jessica not only followed these instructions meticulously which reassured me immensely while I was away. Beyond medical care, Jessica showed genuine compassion towards my elderly dog. They provided a calm and loving environment, ensuring my dog felt safe and comfortable throughout their stay. She even brought her dog with her (with my approval) to provide additional activity and play time for my dog. I received regular updates and photos, which meant the world to me, as it allowed me to see firsthand how well my dog was doing under their care. Upon my return, I found my dog in excellent spirits and health, which is a testament to Jessica's dedication and expertise. Not only that, the house was clean, bed was made and she left everything exactly the way I would have hoped, if not better. I am incredibly grateful to have found such a reliable and compassionate dog sitter through Rover.com. I wholeheartedly recommend Jessica to anyone seeking specialized care for their pets, especially those with medical needs like diabetes. Jessica and Excelsior stayed in our house for 5 nights while we were in vacation. Jessica was very caring, attentive and professional. Excelsior was very well behaved and he and Bandit became fast friends. I would definitely recommend both Jessica and Excelsior.

Jessica was amazing! I was a little nervous at first leaving my fur babies since this was my first time using Rover. But she sent pictures and updates while we were away. She brought her dog with her too to keep my two dogs company and to play. Thank you again Jessica! ?

As always Savi(and selsor) was excellent with our fur baby Luna. She has sat with luna a few times now and we will definitely have her sit for us again!!!

Jessica"savi" was awesome. We left our fur baby Luna with her for 4days. Took and sent us pics and videos of luna and her new fur baby friend selsor(savi' baby)She took great care of them as well as our house. She retrieved our mail, keep our house clean and even did some Laundry. I will not hesitate to leave our baby and our house in her hands. Thank again savi!!!

I will start by saying- I am helicopter dog momma. I was so nervous about having our girl stay at a strangers house, and was so worried she was going to be sad the entire time we were away. Rayne is a covid pup through and through so has lots of social anxiety, and is very emotional about it! This was the first time we have used rover and we were also in a bind with travel and dog care! Savi was an absolute life saver with the short time frame we gave her. She accommodated a same day meet and greet with us and prepared us for what was to come with Raynes stay. She told me exactly what to pack (including suggestions on comfort items) and what to expect her first day. She sent videos all the time (also she is pretty funny so this was an added benefit to her video check ins) which made us so happy and at ease while we were away. She updated us honestly- day 1 Rayne was a little sad, but this is normal- to keep us in the loop! By day 3 Rayne was very comfortable, and I could tell very well taken care of and loved. It was a decision that will lead to us having someone to help us long term. Such a stress relief to know we have someone to help us care for Rayne but beyond that a place with someone who truly loves and cares for pets! Their dog, Excelsior is also an absolute charmer and was a supporting role in Raynes comfort. They got along great! ❤️ Recommend all around- so long as nobody is booking with her so much that we cant ;)
