I’ve been around dogs for years and genuinely love caring for them like they’re my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels, from laid-back cuddle bugs to bigger, active dogs who need a good long walk. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can actually trust. I’m attentive to routines, feeding schedules, exercise needs, medications and all the little quirks that make each dog different. I’m active and love being outdoors, so walks and adventures are always welcome—but I’m equally happy hanging out at home with a pup who prefers a quieter day. Most importantly, I want your dog to feel safe, comfortable and very loved while you’re away, and I’ll keep you updated so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are incredibly important to me. I’ll always follow your pet’s normal routine, house rules and any specific instructions you provide so they feel as comfortable and secure as possible. Because I work from home, pets in my care get plenty of supervision and aren’t left alone for long stretches. I’m attentive on walks, respectful of leash rules and careful around unfamiliar dogs and environments. I also believe communication is a huge part of trust, so you can expect regular photos and updates while your pet is with me. My goal is simple: for you to feel completely comfortable leaving your pet with me, and for them to feel safe, relaxed and very well cared for.

Jess and her dog have been part of our lives for over 10 years. My two pups crawl over themselves to get to her when she visits! She is caring, loving and follow our lead on how to correct Lucy and Harper (Harper is a jumper). Our beloved older lab, that we just lost, used to crawl into her lap the minute she sat down. Jess is just the best.
Jessica has been around dogs her whole life. Her current dog is a rescue who has been with her for 10 years. She is very responsible and loves taking care of dogs. I highly recommend her for this role.

Schedule
I work remotely, which gives me lots of flexibility to make pet care a natural part of my day. I’m able to be home for plenty of company, attention and cuddles, while also building in regular walks, outdoor time and play throughout the day. I’m already active and love getting outside, so having a four-legged walking buddy is always a bonus! Because I’m home most of the day, I can easily adapt to your pet’s usual routine rather than expecting them to adapt to mine.

Please let me know their feeding and walking schedule, energy level, any medications or health considerations, and how they typically interact with other dogs and people. I’d also love to know about any quirks, fears, favourite treats or house rules. The more I know, the easier it is for me to make them feel completely comfortable and at home.
