Out of high school I was certified as a veterinary assistant and worked at a clinic for several years. I recently returned to the veterinary profession as a veterinary technician. My love and passion for all types of animals is something near and dear to me. Apart from working as a vet assistant and technician, I spent 11 years working and training at a farm where I spent a lot of time caring for and training horses. I have been my friends' go-to pet sitter for trips out of town and for the past four years I've been caring for my own pup, June who I adopted when she was just 4/5 weeks old. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds and comfortable with administering medication. I'm also comfortable walking puppies or pups who are early in their training. I do not have experience with very aggressive or reactive dogs.

In your home I am happy to follow any safety / training schedules you have for your pup including practice with basic commands, walks, crating, playing, etc.

Jessica was an amazing dog sitter for my pup, Ivory. Ivory absolutely adores her, and whenever I’ve had to leave her with Jessica, I knew she couldn’t be in better hands. She is very knowledgeable about animals, and she’s extremely warm and trustworthy. I couldn’t recommend Jessica more!

Jess is the sweetest with dogs! She loves all animals and grew up riding horses. She watches my dog all the time and Betty is in love! Highly recommend Jess to take care of and walk any dog.

Schedule
I have full availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and evening availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On weekends I’m typically not available, but might be able to take a few drop-in or walking appointments!
