Putting this out there purely to prevent this from happening to others. showed up two hours after the set time only after reaching out to the sitter. I understand emergencies happen but i would prefer honesty instead of saying they already messaged me about it and that Rover was down. To keep it brief, they had an extremely unprofessional conversation about me and my partner, conditions of the apartment etc. Picked up our belongings and photos around the house, and recorded private areas around our apartment. This unprofessionalism has put me off of trusting the sitter to take care of my cat. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else if it was a dog who couldn’t have waited that long for the visit. Aside from that, just having respect for other people and their space. I would’ve have appreciated honesty over everything, and would not want someone to experience the same thing while being away from their animal.

Always does a great job, very reliable and great communication
