Jess is absolutely amazing! She took incredible care of Lowe while we were away — it gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Jess is responsible, communicative, and clearly loves animals. She sent us regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated. We can’t recommend Jess enough and will definitely be booking her again!

Jessica was a lifesaver, I normally work from home but needed to be in office for a week unexpectedly and needed a daytime walk for our dog Tuula. Jessica responded immediately and stopped by to meet Tuula and get instructions on the walk. She arrived every day in a timely way and took really good care of Tuula. Very communicative and was not afraid to ask for additional clarification on anything. Will use her again when the need arises!

Thanks Jess! I enjoyed my vacation without a worry because I knew Jess was taking such good care of my little Kai kitty.

I don’t like to say negative things about someone. But as I see that this person is still working with Rover (because she had said she wasn’t going to anymore); I feel I need to make a record of this. Firstly, Jessie is very sweet and tries hard; but after a while, I realized that she has quite a difficult time following directions. I would have to tell her things *several* times because she tends to only hear/comprehend only parts of what you’re saying. Or would cut me off saying she knew what I was saying, but did the opposite thing. So it’s very beneficial that you ask her to repeat something back to you. But the final, most important issue that led me to letting her go, was the fact that my dog became sick on her watch and she did nothing about it! My dog had thrown up three times on the walk itself, and then again in my place when she ended the walk! I was even home, just in another room, and she didn’t make any effort to tell me until later that day on a voice mail!! I had directed her dozens of times to text me if it’s important! But again, she didn’t even think to simply come in the other room to tell me! She’d been walking my dog for months and knew this was not usual for her to vomit! Instead of alerting me or Rover, she simply “wiped up the puke” and left!! She just left! What if she had ate poison and needed immediate help? And again, I was home! She kept trying to defend her actions, but I’m sorry. There is simply *no excuse* to not report a sick dog in her care! And then leave one voicemail hours later? If you don’t actually get a hold of the owner, you should make sure to keep trying! Because I had no idea she had been throwing up and I went to a doctor’s appointment, and gone for hours, with no clue my dog was that sick! She was acting a little sluggish when I left, but if I had known she was sick, I wouldn’t have gone! And I would have taken her to the ER vet! But because I didn’t actually see her be sick until I came home, it was after 5:00 and the vet was minus most of their vets after 5:00. So I ended up having to wait 8 hours there! But if I’d known sooner (like when she didn’t bother to come in my room and tell me IN PERSON), I could have gotten her in sooner and she wouldn’t have had to suffer for HOURS! Thank god she got better. But honestly…I don’t care what excuses she gave, ultimately, she left my dog when she was sick in her care, didn’t make an effort to tell me, and acted surprised that I was so upset! Honestly, I’m shocked that Rover is still employing her because I told them all of this!

Jessica was great, shared lots of great details about what she did with our pet. She was always on time and very kind. I would highly recommend her!

Jessie has been my dog walker for several months now and I can't say enough how impressed I am with both her work ethics and joyful attitude! My Shiba Inu is very uneasy with people she doesn't know, but in no time at all, she became so at ease with her! And now she greets her with so much love and happiness! I'm so grateful for the terrific work Jessie does!
