A feline fanatic and dog devotee!
I was raised in a house that was never absent of at least one dog and one cat. I have grown up taking care of not only my own pets, but my neighbors' pets as well. Throughout high school, I spent time volunteering at several animal shelters throughout the city where I'm from. My mother and I would also trap feral cats and dogs, have them spayed/neutered, and foster them until we were able to find homes for them or ensure that they would be taken care of at a shelter. I went to Boston for my undergraduate degree and that's when I started using Rover and fell in love with it very quickly. I am now living in Austin, Texas in a home with my boyfriend and my own fur baby, Dottie. She is INCREDIBLE with other dogs and is not defensive of her toys or food. She loves playing with other dogs in our big backyard and showing them around the house. I never leave dogs unattended or alone with one another. If I am leaving the house for whatever reason, they are separated to avoid any potential trouble. I am more than willing to go the distance to provide the best care for your fluffy friend (or friends) because I get as much satisfaction loving and caring for them as they do getting a belly rub or going for a walk. You can rest easy knowing that in my care, they will receive endless amounts of attention and play time. I am patient and loving and will treat them with the love and respect they deserve! I always send pictures and updates twice a day (sometimes more) so you know how your dog or cat is doing. I love taking high quality, artsy photos of my clients' pets, so you are sure to receive some excellent photos of your fur babies (see photos for some examples). My boyfriend Tom loves animals just as much as I do and is my business partner when it comes to taking care of your fur baby. There’s nothing more we love than snuggling and spoiling dogs and cats together. I've included some photos of him as well! I always appreciate people trusting me with their pets and promise they will receive the absolute best care in the world.

Jessica was so great and accommodating! I had my normal sitter cancel last minute and she was able to stay with my dog and cats while I was on a trip. I am always very considerate of my clients’ homes and take great care in treating their homes and belongings with respect. It is extremely important that I know how to navigate the home according to your instructions so I can keep your pet safe!
A typical day
Mental stimulation and physical exercise is very important for dogs, and I like to provide as much of it as possible depending on your pet’s needs. Walks with lots of opportunities to sniff, playing with toys, and giving them love and affection are all things I love to provide.
