I am a passionate animal lover and Zoology graduate from the University of Bristol (2:1), currently working as a Veterinary Care Assistant. I have experience caring for a wide range of animals and understand the importance of providing safe, compassionate care while giving owners peace of mind. I previously worked in a kennel and cattery, where I cared for dogs, cats, and small animals. My responsibilities included feeding pets according to their dietary requirements, administering medication, walking dogs, maintaining clean living spaces, and communicating with owners to ensure each pet's needs were met. This experience taught me how to help animals feel comfortable and secure while away from home. I also spent two years volunteering at a riding school for people with disabilities, where I cared for horses and supported therapeutic riding sessions. This role helped me develop patience, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the positive impact animals can have on people's wellbeing. Whether your pet needs walks, companionship, medication, or overnight care, I will treat them with the same love, attention, and respect that I would give my own.

Safety, trust & environment
During dog walks, pet visiting and house sitting I would gladly keep you updated with pictures and videos of your pets! During dog walks I would keep a very close eye on your dog and can provide on or off leash dog walks which ever you prefer. While pet visiting and house sitting I would follow all your instructions as well as lots of cuddles and treats for your lovely pets!

Jess looked after my Maltese dog in my house for a long weekend and I’d definitely use her again. My dog seemed very happy, Jess constantly updated me with pictures and I came home to my house as I left it.
Jessica worked in our cattery during the school holidays and is honest, reliable, hard-working and good with the animals. She pays attention to detail and is happy to deal with any situation. In the cattery, security is paramount and we never had any worries about Jessica in this regard,

Schedule
I am based in both Leeds and Bristol. During the school term I am a university student at Bristol Uni and during the holidays I am in Leeds. During the holidays I am fully flexible and can work any time of day or night. During the school term I am available in the evenings and night and fully flexible during the weekends as well as some holidays which I will be in Bristol for.
