I cannot recommend Jessica highly enough. As the owner of two dogs, finding someone I trust with their care, safety, and happiness is incredibly important, and Jessica hits every expectation. From day one, she has been dependable, professional, and genuinely caring. She treats my dogs as if they were her own, always taking the time to understand their individual personalities, needs, and routines. The excitement my dogs show when they see her says everything about the bond she has built with them. They run to the door enthusiastically every time she comes to walk them. I have one dog that is timid and gets fearful, she has leash aggression and we had to get her e-collar trained. We worried about bringing in someone who didn’t go through training with us; however, after light coaching Jessica has exceeded our expectations. She follow’s my dog’s training regiment on her walk and is always on the lookout for my dog’s triggers. It really gives us peace of mind when the dogs are in her care. What sets Jessica apart is her exceptional attention to detail and communication. I always receive thoughtful updates, photos, and notes about their walks, which gives me complete peace of mind when I'm away. She consistently goes above and beyond, whether it's accommodating schedule changes, noticing subtle changes in my dogs' behavior, or simply giving them the extra love and attention they deserve. Because of her dedication, my dogs are happier, healthier, and more confident. She has become an invaluable part of our lives, and I trust her completely.
