I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, including having cats of my own for the past 12 years. I’ve cared for dogs with all kinds of personalities and needs, including anxious pets, puppies, seniors, and dogs with health concerns. I’m comfortable giving medications when needed and following specific care instructions and routines. I understand that every pet is different. Some need extra patience and reassurance, while others need lots of exercise, playtime, and attention. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality and routine and will always follow your instructions carefully. My goal is to make your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away—and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands.

When caring for your pet in their home, I’ll follow their normal routine as closely as possible so they can stay comfortable in their own familiar environment. I’ll follow any instructions you provide for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and other care needs. For drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, bathroom breaks, exercise, and affection rather than simply stopping by to fill a bowl and leave. I’m happy to spend extra time with pets who need reassurance or companionship. For overnight stays, I’ll keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible and make sure they’re comfortable and cared for throughout the night. I’ll also keep you updated during visits so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away.

Schedule
Hey, my name is Jess! I have 2 dachshunds and 1 cat of my own! I work until around 2–3 in the afternoon, which makes me a great option for an afternoon drop-in visit or walk before you get home for the day. I’m happy to fit pet care around my work schedule and can provide walks and drop-in visits before or after work, as well as on my days off. I’m also available for overnight stays on nights when my partner is home to care for my own dogs. I love getting outside for walks and spending time with animals, so pet care is something I genuinely enjoy making time for in my week. I’ll make sure your pet gets the attention, exercise, and care they need while you’re away!
