Communication is important and I like to know as much information about the animal(s) before my first visit to the home. That way we can ensure the safety of the animal and myself. If the owner wants me to come over for a meet and greet before hand, I'm am fine with that.

Jessica did great with my two dogs! She is very kind and attentive. She provided daily updates and sent us lots of pictures while we were away.
Jessica was so wonderful with our two seniors dogs while we were out of town. She followed the instructions perfectly and you could tell she genuinely cared. She left the house in her great shape, brought the mail in and took our trash cans down on pickup day as well. We highly recommend her!
Went above and beyond and cleaned up garbage my dog had gotten into. Great service!
So grateful for Jessica coming to stay with Zoey when I realized we needed overnight care with just about a week to spare!
