I work from home so I have plenty of time to give your pet my full attention. I work part time as a freelance writer, and the rest I spend working for rover! My child is in kindergarten so she is gone most of the day.

I have a fenced yard, a doggy door and a large dog crate for dogs who love to den. I live in a low traffic culdesac which is great for dog walks. Less noise and less distractions. I have a 4 month old puppy who I’ve been training (behavioral, social and manners) since day one. He is very friendly and social, loves dogs and cats!

Information Jessica P. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog is reactive or has aggression of any kind. This will not affect my decision to work with your dog, it just allows me to plan accordingly and keep everyone safe and happy. However I do have a dog, so if your pup is dog aggressive this will not be a good fit.
A typical day
We start our mornings with a nice 45 minute walk, eat breakfast and relax for an hour or until your dog looks ready to play. Then we can start the party! Tug a wars, fetch in our fenced yard and even some hide and go seek! Afterwords we’ll get some snuggles in if your dog likes that. In the evenings when the temperature cools down is when I go on hikes and watch the sunset.

I’ve lived with dogs my whole life. I’m experienced with a variety of breeds, personalities, activity levels, sizes and ages. I currently have a puppy so I am up to date on puppy training and care! If your dog is in my care, they will have a constant source of entertainment, from fetch, tug a wars, walks, hikes and snuggles.

I love that Jess takes my dog ghost out on hikes, walks and playtime with her pup sable. Ghost is a very active German shepherd dog and he loves Jess. She is extremely patient, keeps an eye on the dog as if it was her own. I feel safe having her as my rover and know that my dog will have the best time while I’m gone. My dog is always excited to see her!
