I have worked with animals all my life, including caring for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, horses, cows, and reptiles. I grew up providing basic first aid for my pets on my farm including bandaging, medications, and baths. I have worked with dogs from small jack russel terriers to large livestock guarding dogs. Most recently I helped my mom rescue and retrain a geriatric blue healer/beagle mix. This includes potty training and basic manners on and off the leash. I also administered medications 2x a day in the form of pills. I have also had experience giving injections for medications. I am well versed in all types of animal care, a quick learner, and great at following instructions.
