When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I will follow your instructions closely for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, bedtime routines, and any household expectations. I understand that being away from their people can be stressful for some pets, so I will take a calm, patient approach and let them adjust to me at their own pace. I will give them attention, affection, and reassurance while also respecting their personality, boundaries, and normal routine. I will also treat your home with care and respect. I will keep pet areas clean, make sure food and water are refreshed, clean up after your pets, and keep you updated so you know how they are doing while you are away.

A typical day
I'm all about meeting pets and pet parent's needs in this area. More active activities for the energetic. Swimming, hiking, long walks, fetching games. Gentle love and attention for those further on in age that may just need a stroll and some sniffing to get the brain going.

I have had pets my whole life, including large dogs and cats, and caring for animals has always been a meaningful part of my life. I have raised puppies, worked on basic training and routines, and cared for elderly pets who needed extra patience, comfort, medication awareness, and attention to changes in behavior or mobility. What sets me apart is that I understand pets have their own personalities, needs, and comfort levels. I will take the time to follow your instructions, keep your pet’s routine consistent, and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you are away. I do not currently have a pet of my own, so I would truly love the opportunity to spend time with and care for other people’s fur babies.
