Leaving Charlie with anyone usually makes me a little nervous, but Jess and Michael made the entire experience so easy and reassuring from the start. They kept me updated while I was away, gave Charlie tons of love and attention, and truly treated him like he was their own dog. You can tell they genuinely love animals and care about making pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for in their routine. Charlie came home happy, relaxed, and very clearly spoiled in the best way. It honestly gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was with people I could fully trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them watch him again.

Jessica is an exceptional pet caregiver who, alongside her husband Michael, watched my cat Stormi while I was away on a trip. She was content, secure, and emotionally stable, which spoke volumes about the environment Jessica and Michael created for her. There was no regression or stress behavior, only a calm and well-adjusted cat. That level of outcome, especially for her first time being left, reflects real attentiveness and emotional intelligence with animals. I felt fully confident knowing she was in their care and would not hesitate to trust them again.
