Availability
I work primarily from home so have some flexibility in my availability. At this time, I'm not taking pets in my home, as one of my resident dogs is terrified of other dogs. Additionally, I do limit my house-sitting availability.

I'm happy to walk your pup on their favorite walking path or to explore the area and find new favorites! Truly, whatever you need for Fido, I'm happy to provide it! My husband may join me for drop in visits, meet & greets, and walks. He also loves animals (and they love him!), and has undergone the same Rover background check, etc. If you'd prefer that he not, please let me know. I want you to be happy and comfortable with the services that I provide.

It helps me to know if your dog is good with strangers, other dogs, what magic words are at your house (at my house, "snack" is a magic word), etc. I have no breed preferences--I'm a sturdy woman, so I can handle big dogs as well as small ones.
A typical day
I'd love to take your special furry friend(s) on a stroll around your favorite path or to blaze new ones! If a nice, long snuggle is Fido's idea of a good time, I'm there for it. I am to please.

Pet care experience
My entire childhood, we had cats, who I dearly loved, and I've always been an animal lover. Once I got a place of my own, I met a little dog named Daisy and fell irrevocably, head over heels in love with being a dog mom. Daisy has since crossed the Rainbow Bridge, but I will always have at least one dog in my life. (Right now, I have 3.) In addition to being a dog mom, I also have a volunteer job as an animal rescue transporter, which I love. I've volunteered in the past at Hearts United for Animals, as well. I have experience administering shots, giving medications, and experience in the special needs of senior and blind dogs.

Jessica and Matthew were wonderful! We appreciate the great care they gave our fur-babies, Kloe and Chester! Our home was in AMAZING condition when we arrived back home which was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! What a great peace of mind to have them stay at our home with our doggies, verses taking them somewhere. I think they are even more spoiled than when we left them! THANK YOU!
