💕 About Me & Pet Experience Hi, I’m Jessica, but most people know me as Aunty Jess — your friendly, reliable pet sitter from Margate, Florida. I’m 24 years old and currently studying Veterinary Technology at Broward College. My passion for animals started when I was very young, and it’s grown into something that truly defines who I am today. I’ve spent several years caring for pets, including small and medium-sized dogs, playful puppies, calm seniors, and cats with all kinds of personalities. I’ve also cared for smaller pets like fish and shrimp — I even have my own aquarium! My experience ranges from everyday walks and feedings to maintaining consistent routines that keep pets calm and happy while their owners are away. For several years, I boarded up to six dogs at a time in my home, managing different breeds, schedules, and personalities with patience and care. It taught me how to balance structure with affection — making sure every dog received attention, exercise, and love. Some of my clients became repeat customers, trusting me multiple times with their pets, which means a lot to me and shows how dependable and compassionate I am with every animal I meet. I also used to have my own dog, who I adored deeply. Due to house rules, I had to rehome him, but I made sure he went to a loving family filled with care, stability, and affection. That experience strengthened my understanding of responsibility and the emotional bond between people and their pets. Now, I focus on offering House Sitting and Dog Walking so I can give pets one-on-one attention and personalized care in the comfort of their own homes. Through my studies in Veterinary Technology, I’ve learned how to recognize signs of stress, discomfort, or health concerns early on. I know that when you choose someone to look after your pets and your home, you’re putting a lot of faith in them — and I take that responsibility very seriously. You can always count on me to treat your space and your pets with respect, care, and honesty. As a vet student, I have knowledge of basic animal health, safety practices, and behavior management, which helps me create a calm, comfortable environment for every pet. I make sure water bowls are always full, leashes and collars are properly fitted, and that pets are supervised closely during walks or outdoor time. If a pet seems anxious or uncomfortable, I know how to respond gently and reassure them until they relax. I also understand how important your home is. When house sitting, I always keep things clean, organized, and secure — the way you left them. I lock doors, follow your household instructions, and never invite anyone over. My goal is to make your home feel just as peaceful for your pets as it does when you’re there. Trust is built through communication, so I send daily photo and video updates so you can see exactly how your pet is doing. Whether it’s a morning walk, nap time, or dinner, I keep you informed and confident that everything is going smoothly. Your pets’ safety and emotional comfort always come first with me. Schedule
🕓 Schedule I like to keep my schedule transparent and well-organized so pet parents know exactly when I’m available and how I plan my days around your pets’ needs. I’m currently a Veterinary Technology student at Broward College, and I’ve built my class routine to make sure every pet in my care still gets the love, attention, and time they deserve. Here’s my weekly availability: 📅 Monday – Wednesday: I’m in class for about 3 hours during the day, but I’m available after 3:00 PM for house sitting and dog walking. Before leaving for class, I always make sure pets are fed, walked, and comfortable so they feel relaxed while I’m away. When I return, I give them my full attention for evening care, playtime, and cuddles. 📅 Thursday: I have a short 2-hour class during the day, so my availability is very flexible. I’m free after 3:00 PM and can provide walks, meals, and plenty of evening companionship. 📅 Friday – Sunday: These are my fully open days, which means I’m completely available for full-day and overnight house sitting. I dedicate these days to giving your pets my full focus — walks, playtime, meals, and comfort throughout the day and night. I always plan my week carefully to make sure your pets’ needs come first. Even on class days, I maintain structure and consistency by following their normal schedule as closely as possible. You’ll receive daily updates with photos or videos, so you always know how your pets are doing. Your pet’s well-being and routine are always my top priorities — I’m committed to keeping them safe, loved, and happy every day of the week.
