I cannot say enough great things about Hailey. From the moment she arrived, I felt confident that Kona was in caring and capable hands. Kona wasn’t feeling her best that morning and ended up having diarrhea twice during their walk. Hailey immediately communicated what was happening, kept a close eye on her, and even offered to come back later in the day to let her out again if needed. What impressed me most was her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine concern for Kona’s well-being. She didn’t just complete the walk and move on—she took the time to provide detailed updates and made sure I knew exactly how Kona was doing. As a dog owner, especially when your pup isn’t feeling well, that level of communication provides tremendous peace of mind. Despite not feeling great, Kona still had a wonderful experience, and Hailey’s patience and compassion were evident throughout the entire visit. It’s clear she truly cares about the pets she works with and treats them as if they were her own.
