Jess has looked after my home and pets on numerous occasions over the past 6 years , and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I travel frequently, at least once a month, so finding someone I could genuinely trust with my cats and dogs was so important to me. Jess not only met that bar, she consistently exceeded it. My pets were always well cared for, happy, and settled on my return. She kept the house spotless and sent regular updates so I never had to wonder how things were going back home. What really sets her apart is the genuine warmth she brings to everything she does. More than once I came home to a freshly baked cake waiting for me! That kind of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about who she is as a person. Any family who books Jess through Rover is in excellent hands. I trusted her with my home and my animals without hesitation, and I would do so again in a heartbeat.

I Honestly couldn’t recommend Jess enough. She is amazing with animals and you can tell she genuinely cares about every pet she look after. Super trustworthy, easy to communicate with and always keeps you updated so you know your pets are happy and well looked after. I’d 100% leave my pets with her again.

Jess has previously both house sat and watched my two dogs and two cats. She took incredible care of them making sure they had plenty of food and water at the times I gave her as well as ensuring they were regularly taken for walks and played with and given constant attention. The house was left in an incredible condition and perfectly clean by the time we returned.
