Let me start with the good things. Jessica clearly has a lot of love for animals, her initial meet n' greet with our animals went amazing. She instantly clicked with not only our dogs, but even with our cats who HATE strangers. When checking our cameras to check on the animals it was clear the animals loved her. She fed them, paid attention to them, played with them. She even went above and beyond shifting the cat litter and picking up the poop outside. All wonderful things. I really only had one issue with her and, unfortunately, it was kind of a big one. While she showed up for all the drop-ins she often did not stay for the entire 30 minutes that we agreed upon. In at least one instance she only stayed 7 minutes. I even sat and watched the whole footage to make sure she didn't just forget something in her car and was coming back. Worse than that she logged in in the Rover app as having stayed the full 30. To her credit! She communicated that she would be late due to illness, and we approved of the shift in the times to accommodate her. What she did NOT say is that she wouldn't be able to stay the entire time. and if she was that ill I wouldn't blame her for wanting to only stay to let the dogs out and drop their food but the fact that she did not mention that and even logged it in the app as having stayed the full 30 is dishonest and honestly disappointing. Again, wonderful with the animals. She seems to enjoy her job very much and loves cats and dogs in equal measure which is more than I can say about many sitters. And if she'd told us every time she was going to be late and how she wouldn't be able to stay the full 30 this review would have looked very different. But unfortunately that's not the way that it worked out and now I have to leave a less than stellar review so pet parents can be informed in the future.

Jessica was able to dog sit out 5 month old puppy Wheeler on just one days notice and she did great 😌. She sent updates and pictures several times a day, and did not hesitate to ask questions about her routines and trainings we are working on. We would definitely use Jessica again!

Jessica was wonderful to work with and she took great care of my kitty! Great communication and made me feel at ease while I was traveling. Will be using her again in the future!

Once again she was a wonderful dog walker for my 90 lb baby golden retriever! 10/10 Will use again!

As usual, Jessica did a great job with Jake and I appreciate her flexibility! She’s my go-to sitter for Jake.
