Love long walks with a fluffy pal
I’ve been looking after dogs for friends and family for years, often for extended periods while they’re away on holiday. It’s not just quick check-ins, I regularly have dogs for full weeks at a time, so I’m very used to taking on full responsibility for their care and routine. I’ve cared for a mix of breeds, sizes, and personalities, from energetic dogs that need plenty of exercise and stimulation, to more relaxed or older dogs who prefer a slower pace and lots of comfort. What sets me apart is how naturally this fits into my lifestyle. I genuinely enjoy having dogs around, so they’re not just being “looked after”, they’re part of a calm, safe, and friendly environment where they get plenty of attention, affection, and consistency. I’m confident sticking to feeding schedules, walks, and any specific routines your dog is used to, and I understand how important it is for them to feel settled while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you know they’re happy and in good hands.

Jessica stepped in at short notice twice for us this week. Ness our rescue working Cocker who doesn’t always adjust quickly to new people absolutely loves her. Will have NO hesitation booking Jessica again.

Jessica has been amazing and I cannot speak highly enough regarding the fantastic care she has given to my 2 dogs. This is the first time Ive left them, and I was worried about whether it was the right thing to do. Jessica quickly allayed any fears. We had a meet and greet the day before, and went out for a walk to get to know each other. Jessica is very personable, easy to chat to, and most of all so gentle and caring with dogs. I left them feeling confident about the fact they would be well looked after, and they were. I got lots of updates and pictures throughout the day, and when I went to pick up my dogs there were calm and relaxed. I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you Jessica
My Cockapoo, Poppy loves Jessica and that’s all that matters for us! Jess is a warm, friendly lady with lots of energy who loves nothing more than long walks in the country side. She has been looking after Poppy for 6 years, when we’re away on holiday or work and even random times when Poppy needs a long walk. I feel Poppy is safe and well looked after when she is with Jess.
Jess adores all animals and treats them like her own. Has great attention to detail and follows all instructions given. My dog absolutely loves seeing Jess, which tells me all I need to know.

Schedule
I run my own business from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to prioritise pet care throughout the day. This means I can offer regular check-ins, walks, feeding, and plenty of quality time with your pet rather than just quick visits. Whether your dog needs exercise and routine, or your cat prefers a calm presence and consistency, I can easily adapt my schedule to suit them. Because I’m not tied to fixed working hours, I’m able to provide reliable, attentive care and be responsive to your pet’s needs.

I care for pets in their own home where they feel most comfortable and secure. I understand how important routine and environment are, especially for cats, and I make sure to keep everything as familiar and stress-free as possible. With lifelong experience caring for animals, including breeding cats and currently caring for a 15-year-old cat, I’m confident handling a range of needs from energetic dogs to more independent or senior pets. I’m comfortable following specific routines, including feeding, walking, litter care, and administering medication if required. I always take the time to understand each pet’s personality so they feel safe and settled. I treat every home with respect and every pet as if they were my own. You’ll receive regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing they’re in experienced, trustworthy hands.
