Jessica was fabulous. We met ahead of time and our pups adored her. She is kind and very patient with both the dogs and my rambling on about all the details. When our flights got mixed up, she was kind enough to arrive earlier so the dogs weren’t left alone - huge relief for me. She also left the house (and plants) in great condition.
