While Jessica has generally positive reviews, prospective clients should be aware of my experience. She accepted a house-sitting booking for a special needs dog with the explicit understanding that the dog could not be left alone. This had been confirmed both verbally and in writing. I also paid extra for the hours of supervision and care. Despite this, she left the house without warning and did not return for many hours. When I raised concerns, she said she didn’t feel comfortable with the booking and the expectations that we had previously discussed leaving me to arrange emergency replacement care while I was away. For a sitter entrusted with a vulnerable animal, this level of unreliability was extremely concerning and created significant stress. I would not recommend her for pets that require dependable supervision or care.

Jessica did a great job taking care of our dogs & cat. Our cat is epileptic, and she took all of the medication & safety protocols very seriously as we had hoped. Great communication & left our house in great shape. No issues. Would recommend.
