Experienced dog and cat owner!
Hi there! 🙂 I am a freelance artist with a passion for animals! I work entirely from home, with my own business, and therefore am available all day to tend to animals. I have a secured large 200ft long garden, safe for any escape artists, with lots of grass for zoomies, and a deck to bask in the sun. I leave the backdoor open in the warmer weather, so they can go into the garden at will. I also have multiple baby gates around my home to segregate animals if needed, to ensure the safety of all animals while under my care. There is an XL crate in my kitchen diner which dogs can have access to day and night, as well as 7 donut anxiety beds of various sizes in the kitchen, living room, upstairs hallway and bedroom. I have trained each dog I have owned, since I was a teenager, and have been to multiple dog and puppy training classes to educate myself on dog behaviour and new training methods. I am confident handling any dog, and enjoy teaching them new tricks! I have walked small dogs and large dogs, and an confident with both. I do have a vehicle with ample room for 4 dogs to go for longer walks too! This was my first time using a service like this, and Jessica instantly put me at ease. Our little Bella had the most wonderful time, which was so clear from the lovely videos and pictures sent throughout the day. Those little updates were so reassuring and really helped me feel completely relaxed knowing Bella was happy and being so well cared for. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care, attention and love Bella received during her stay. She has come home in the huff, and I’m sure that’s because she’s already missing her new friends! Jessica is an incredibly friendly, kind and lovely person. I knew straight away that Bella was in safe and caring hands, and I honestly wouldn’t want to leave her with anyone else. I cannot recommend Jessica highly enough and I’m so grateful that we found her. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our little Bella — we’ll definitely be back!
Jessica was absolutely wonderful with our cat Felemon. She cared for him with such attentiveness, warmth, and love, and her reliability gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. The regular photos and videos helped us feel connected to him and reassured us that he was happy and well cared for. The beautiful printed photo was such a thoughtful and touching surprise. We’re truly grateful for everything Jessica did and highly recommend her!
Jessica was wonderful with Nala. She arrived exactly on time, followed everything I'd asked to the letter, and sent lovely photos and a proper update so I knew exactly how the visit had gone. It's clear she genuinely adores animals — Nala loved her 💛 Communication was easy from start to finish and she put my mind completely at rest. I could not be happier with the care and attention my dog recieved while staying with Jessie. I recieved daily updates and pictures and it was obvious my girl was having the best time. She has come home slightly grumpy and I am sure that is because she is already missing her new friends!! Jessie was so friendly and just a generally lovely human being, my husband and I both knew straight away we wouldn't want to leave our dog with anyone else! I can't recommend Jessie enough and I am so thankful we found her!!
Jessica was absolutely wonderful with my two golden retrievers, Pluto and Neptune. She was so warm, caring and attentive from the very beginning, and it was clear how much she genuinely cared about them. I especially appreciated her attention to detail during their walks — she was thoughtful about their individual needs, kept a close eye on them and made sure they were happy and comfortable throughout. It gave me such peace of mind knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. Pluto and Neptune absolutely loved their time with her, and I’m so grateful to Jessica for looking after them so beautifully. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for someone caring, reliable and attentive to look after their dogs. 🐾❤️

Schedule
I run my own business from my home, so I am available all day to look after animals! Working from home also means I have flexibility, so I will always do my best to cater to an animals routine.

I am used to the regular attention dogs need, having had my own dogs all my life, and cared for family and friends dogs in my home. I am very experienced with cats, having always lived with them too, and am comfortable with all types of personalities. I understand some cats prefer their space, while others want lots of fuss! I tailor my approach to their individual requirements.

A typical day
When caring for cats, I tend to allow them to approach me first with gentle words, and then we'll see if they would like to play or have a cuddle! With dogs, I have a large garden for them to run around in all day where I also throw a tennis ball for them to chase. They can play with my three dogs, and we'll also go for a nice walk in my local park or around the streets.
