Dog loving family in Weaverville
We love dogs! We are a family of four in Weaverville and recently lost our beloved dog Tucker. We have trained and taken care of puppies, are experienced giving meds and taking care of sick and older dogs. We have always owned dogs and have watched many of our friends dogs when on vacation. We have a large yard and spacious home, and would love to snuggle and make your dog as comfortable as possible when you are away!

Don't hesitate to have Jessica and John watch your pup! Our 8 month old puppy Hazel had her very first stay with a sitter with Jessica and John and I felt SUCH peace of mind while we were out of state on a family trip! They have great energy, a sweet family, and show so much love- it's palpable walking into their house! Our dog is very much a hound and will sniff and puppy chew through anything- she is not able to be off leash yet outside of the house because she has terrible hound recall haha, but Jessica took all of my concerns to heart, followed my very detailed list of Hazel-care, and took GREAT care of her. No issues at all. They are the kindest family! We will absolutely be calling them again for our next pet sitting needs! Thank you, Jessica and fam! We appreciate you taking such good care of Hazel!
Jessica and Jack were such nice people. They were very communicative and responded quickly to anything I wrote. They sent me photos and videos of Lupe and their daughters. Lupe seemed to be having a good time. It was the perfect environment for Lupe. They took good care of her while she was recovering from a leg injury. She seems to be doing better after her long weekend with them.
My dog always has an amazing time with John and Jessica.
Jessica and John were fantastic. They were super flexible and had great communication during our stay. Would highly recommend and will be using them again!
Jessica and John were amazing! My pup Ruby had so much fun with them - exploring the woods and trails outside and cuddling on the couch with their two girls! They are communicative, professional, and their love and care of dogs is evident! I had some travel delays and they were really understanding and flexible in coordinating pick up which was such a relief. Looking forward to her next stay with them!

Schedule
Both my husband and I work remotely from home, so our schedule is very flexible and at least one of us is normally home. If we do need to leave your dog at home alone ever it would be brief.

Safety, trust & environment
We don’t have any pets currently, but do have children so the dogs we watch will have to be comfortable with children (ages 4 & 6). We have a big back yard that is not fenced, but we would be able to go on numerous walks a day and can play in the back yard. We have tethered dogs before with a long lead if they like to relax and lay outside.
A typical day
We live in a great walkable neighborhood, so we would take plenty of walks exploring and sniffing! We have a huge yard that we would play in, we even have a creek that’s runs through our yard that we could check out, if you are into jumping and wading around in water. You would have lots of attention and snuggles.
