Availability
We prioritise pet care, Jess works during the day and Joel does night shifts, your pets will only ever be alone for around an hour to maybe 2 per day as Joel leaves for work and Jess gets home. We spend majority of a days at home playing with pets and enjoying quality time.

Pet care experience
Over the past two years, we’ve completed 50+ house and pet sits, with many stays lasting two weeks or longer. We’ve cared for a wide variety of animals, including dogs of many breeds and sizes, cats, chickens, bunnies, birds, fish, and even baby fish. We’re proud to be trusted by families who have rebooked us up to four times, which we feel speaks to the care, reliability, and respect we bring to every sit. We always arrange meet-and-greets beforehand to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident, and we prioritise clear, open communication throughout. While you’re away, you can expect regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your pets are happy, settled, and well cared for in their own home.

I am so happy we found Jess & Joel to look after our boxer, Stanley! He is a pretty difficult dog with some health issues, but they managed it flawlessly. They also left our house spotless, even washing the sheets before they left! We will definitely be reaching out to them next time we’re out of town. 11/10 recommend!
Jess has kindly pet and house sat for us on 2 occasions caring for our energetic Labrador Asher and two ondoor cats Winnie and Ollie. Before we went away she came and met our pets and went through everything giving us so much comfort in having her come and house and pet sit for us. Both occasions, Jess sent us updates and also messaged checking to see if we had arrived on time and if not she would go back to our home and feed / look after our pets. Coming home our pets (& home) were safe and sound and not distressed at all. Thank you so much Jess. We would love for you to help us out again in the future and can happily recommend you to anyone in need.
Jessica looked after our house and dog Rory while we have been on holidays, We felt confident that Rory was walked, fed and loved while we were away. The house was kept clean and tidy and we used Jessica as our house/dog sitter multiple times. Happy to recommend her to others.
